**If the text, audio, or video source is not in a digital format, or if it is too big to be send by Internet and requires mailing procedures, all costs incurred will be added.
Image files of texts to be translated are subject to a digitalization charge of $0.03 per word.

3. You will receive an invoice for the 50% of the translation cost with the PayPal, or Chase QuickPay payment request.
No job will start without first payment completed.
